Sherriff back in Town to face Dale

The influential defender has missed the last two games through suspension having collected 10 bookings this season but he returns to the fold at the Prostar as Shrews look to banish the memory of last weekend's 3-0 defeat at lowly Grimsby. However, fellow defender Dean Holden serves the second of his two-match ban for the same offence and will not return until next weekend's trip to Aldershot. Midfielder Craig Disley is the only member of Paul Simpson's squad out through injury as he continues his recovery from a broken ankle. Striker Jake Robinson saw red for Town's reserves in midweek but his suspension does not counts towards first-team matches, meaning he will be available. Midfielder Steve Leslie also started for the second string in their goalless draw against Port Vale but Simpson insists he remains very much part of his plans against Dale as Shrews look to gain revenge for their crushing 4-0 defeat at Spotland back in December.
