Bradshaw was inspired by Hibbert

Shrewsbury striker Tom Bradshaw has praised last season's top scorer Dave Hibbert for mentoring him.Bradshaw, 18, scored three times for Town last April and May, and is now a first-year professional and made his Wales Under-19 debut this week.
