The Shrews, now fourth in League Two, were forced to play the last 30 minutes with 10 men following Dean Holden's dismissal for a foul on Kieran Djilali, but were able to hold on for a 1-0 win following Dave Hibbert's 38th-minute strike.[LNB]"I think the big thing was the way that we defended," said Simpson. "I think the two centre-halves were excellent, that's probably as well as they've defended all season. Sometimes they did it without having to tackle or touch the ball.[LNB]"They got their bodies in the right place and ushered it back to the goalkeeper. It's a fantastic result, it was a real gritty, determined performance from the players and they have earned the result."[LNB]Simpson also revealed that on-loan Tottenham goalkeeper David Button has extended his stay at the club by a further month.[LNB]He added: "We will keep looking at it month to month, but I'm very pleased that we've got him for the next few weeks and we'll see how we go from there."[LNB][LNB]
