Waide Fairhurst's goal and a deflected effort from fellow loanee Jamie Devitt secured only their second win in 10 games.[LNB]Simpson said: "There were a lot of good things - a clean sheet, two goals for two lads who will benefit from them and two goals that lift the dark clouds that have been hanging over this football club recently.[LNB]"It was a fantastic result and against a very good side who are third in the table and who've won five away from home. We were strong and defended for our lives."[LNB]Dave Hibbert also had a penalty saved for Shrewsbury, who kept a clean sheet for the first time since September.[LNB]Simpson added: "I thought it (the penalty decision) was a bit harsh to be honest. Although we defended well they still had a few shots that were only just wide and we had a deflection for our second."[LNB][LNB]
