Simpson cursing Shrews injuries

Simpson's comments come after it emerged midfielder Terry Dunfield is looking at three months on the sidelines having dislocated his shoulder in training on Friday. That was followed up by an injury to Craig Disley against Accrington on Saturday - adding to a list of absentees that already includes Chris Neal (groin), Glyn Garner (shoulder), Omer Riza (ankle) and Michael Jackson (bone bruising), with Lewis Neal recently returning from an ankle problem. Simpson, who is now looking towards the transfer market before it closes on Tuesday, told the club's official website: "We've got a number of players out now and they have all been silly injuries that have not been down to the way we do things in training. "If they had all been muscle pulls or strains then we could have done something about them. "We are having a shocker with injuries at the moment, I must have run over a black cat. But it's not good and I'm going to have to look if we can bring in players to strengthen."
