Rotherham have extended the loan deals of defensive duo Stuart Holden and Exodus Geohaghon by an additional month. Shrewsbury full-back Holden, 31, and 25-year-old Peterborough centre-back Geohaghon, who has started all of Rotherham's nine league games, will remain at the Don Valley Stadium until November 2. The Millers' chief operating officer Paul Douglas told the club's official website: "We are very happy that Dean will be remaining with us until November 2nd. "He was played very well during his time here and will now provide competition for Johnny Mullins for the right-back position as Dale Tonge continues to recover from injury. "Exodus has proven a very popular figure and his performances have been extremely impressive, so naturally we are delighted to have him stay for an additional month as we head into a very busy October schedule. "The deal further strengthens the squad and adds to competition for places in the crucial defensive positions."
