Humphrey mulling over future
The former West Brom man netted two goals for the League Two outfit during the recent campaign and has been linked with a move away from the club.
And the player's representative Jesse Learoyd told Skysports.com: "I can confirm Shrewsbury have made an offer to keep Chris aware of alleged interest elsewhere.
"As it stands he is out of contract but being under 24 there would be a compensation figure if he were to leave Shrewsbury.
"I am aware of a lot of rumours of other clubs being interested in Chris but Shrewsbury have made an offer and that is all we are considering at the minute."
