Hibbert: Shrews can fly under radar

Shrews currently lie seventh in League Two on 25 points, merely one point worse off than at the same stage last season when Holt's goalscoring exploits, and indeed the performances of Ben Davies, led to many tipping the Shropshire club for certain promotion.[LNB]It is a different story this term as Town go about their business without the same level of anticipation from some quarters, but that suits Hibbert just fine.[LNB]"We lost Holty in the summer and then everyone's expectation levels went down because he was such a big player for us and everyone seemed to rely on him," said the striker.[LNB]"But we just want to go about our business quietly, keep at the top of the league and get out of it. That's what we want to do as players and if people want to believe that we can do it or whether we can't then it's up to them - we believe we can."[LNB]And Hibbert is all too aware of the formula required to achieve their goal, adding: "You need consistency if you're going to get out of this league and if you do then you put a run of games together, and that's what we're striving to do."[LNB][LNB]
