Hibbert: No fear from Shrews

The Magpies certainly have a new-found aura about them following their summer takeover and ambitious exploits, while they also boast an intimidating unbeaten home record so far this term in which they have scored 21 goals and conceded just six.[LNB]But Shrews top scorer Hibbert, who will return from an Achilles injury for the clash, insists the visitors are looking forward to the test in what will be Hans Backe's first game in charge of the East Midlands outfit.[LNB]He said: "Notts County are similar to us last season - we were scoring loads and loads of goals at home - and everyone is going there with a bit of fear about how many is it going to be? We're not going to be in that mentality whatsoever, we're going there and the lads will be right up for it and we'll have a good go.[LNB]"But we have to defend well and that's the main thing because they're scoring a lot of goals. We believe, as a team, that we can score goals as well so we're not going there frightened. It's a good game for us."[LNB]He added: "Whenever a team gets a new manager then players always seem to lift their game but it's not something we're going to think about to be honest. We're just going to go there and play our own game and if we do that then I'm sure we'll have a chance."[LNB][LNB]
