Pugh ended last season on loan with the Bulls and, after cancelling his contract at the New Meadow last week, has put pen to paper on a one-year deal at Edgar Street. "He is a proven player who showed enough last season and can play on the left or right wing and as a striker," said Hereford manager John Trewick. Pugh made nine appearances for the Bulls last term, scoring one goal against Hartlepool.
