Fairhurst doubt for Bradford trip

Fairhurst was forced off at half-time during Boxing Day's 2-2 draw at home to Macclesfield after suffering a knock.[LNB]Omer Riza came on to replace the frontman at the Prostar Stadium and is likely to get the nod should Fairhurst not make it. An absence for Fairhurst would likely mean his time with the club has come to an end with him poised to return to Doncaster in January.[LNB]Midfielder Terry Dunfield, who was dropped to the bench for the Macc clash, will be hoping to force his way back into the starting line-up at Valley Parade after manager Paul Simpson admitted his side were "playing with fear" after just three wins from 14 league games saw them slip out of the play-off places.[LNB]"This was a horrible scrappy performance again," he said. "We got in only two decent crosses and scored from both. In a way we were fortunate by getting a late goal."[LNB][LNB]
