The defender saw red in the 74th minute for a challenge on Vale's Anthony Griffith, but his three-match suspension has now been quashed after the panel came to a ruling of unfair dismissal.[LNB]Manager Paul Simpson told the club's official website: "I'm delighted with the outcome of this and I'd like to thank the panel for coming to their decision. It's great news for Pughey and for us as we can now continue to prepare for this weekend's game with him available for selection."[LNB]Meanwhile, goalkeeper Jasbir Singh has penned a month-long loan deal with Sutton Coldfield Town after previous spells at Bridgnorth Town and Hinckley Town.[LNB][LNB]
