The midfielder, who was an inspirational figure as Shrews reached the play-off final last season, rejected a new deal at the Prostar Stadium in order to sign for County, who have since seen their expectations rocket as a result of recent investment.[LNB]And as he prepares to face his former employers at Meadow Lane this weekend, Davies told the Magpies' official website what he is expecting from Paul Simpson's men.[LNB]"They will be a good side - they will be organised, disciplined, good at set-pieces," he said. "It will be a tough game for us but at home, with a new manager and good crowd behind us, if we play the way we can then we can beat anyone.[LNB]"All of their players are ones to look out for. But it's more about us than them on Saturday, they'll come here and be aggressive and pass the ball so we've got to prepare for that and hopefully our quality will shine through."[LNB]Asked what kind of reception he expects to receive from the travelling support, Davies replied: "I don't know really. I enjoyed my time there, I had a good three years so if they want to come and boo me and give me a bit of stick then that's up to them."[LNB][LNB]
