Cureton confirmed on Shrews' radar

The 34-year-old, who re-joined the Canaries in 2007 following spells at Bristol Rovers, Reading and QPR, has only featured eight times for the League One side during the current campaign.[LNB]Norwich boss Paul Lambert revealed earlier in the week that there were a number of players, namely former Shrew Grant Holt, Chris Martin, Oli Johnson and Cody McDonald, ahead of the veteran frontman in the pecking order at Carrow Road.[LNB]Simpson told BBC Radio Shropshire: "Cureton is a player I've spoken to, but I haven't had a yes or no - but that also goes for a number of others.[LNB]"I'm looking for someone with a track record of scoring goals, but at the moment I'm hitting a brick wall."[LNB][LNB]
