Ainsworth set for St Mary`s return

Shrewsbury will be boosted by the return of influential winger Lionel Ainsworth for their FA Cup first round clash against Southampton at St Mary's. Ainsworth has missed the last two games due to a groin injury and his comeback is a big plus for Shrews, who have triumphed in both fixtures he was absent for. He is likely to come back into the mix and start against Saints, as Town look to repeat their cup successes against fellow League One sides Charlton and Oldham earlier in the season. Centre-back Ian Sharps (hamstring) misses out, although he is not too far away from his return. Full-back Dave Raven (groin) faces at least another week on the sidelines. Defensive loan signing Exodus Geohaghon is available, having been granted permission to play by parent club Peterborough. Strikers Tom Bradshaw (ankle) and Nathan Elder (knee) remain in the treatment room, although the former should be back by mid-November.
