Stubborn Lunt annoys Laws

Sheffield Wednesday boss Brian Laws has told Kenny Lunt he has no future at the club.

The Owls boss has also blasted the former Crewe Alexandra midfielder for rejecting the chance to move to another club on transfer deadline day.

Laws told the Sheffield Star: "Players make me laugh when they say they just want to play games and, when they do get an opportunity to play games, they don't want to go.

"It really does infuriate me at times."

The 28-year-old has failed to start an Owls game for almost 12 months and returned to Crewe on loan for the final three months of last season.
