Shrimpers to keep Clarke

Southend United are on the verge of making Leon Clarke's loan move from Sheffield Wednesday to Roots Hall permanent.
The 22-year-old has impressed in his 15 appearances for the Shrimpers, finding the net eight times.
Chairman Ron Martin told the club's official website: "Personal terms have been agreed with Leon and so has the price with Sheffield Wednesday.
"That was done when the loan was first sorted out, but there's still an issue with the agent about money owed to Leon from Sheffield Wednesday.
"That's all that's holding the deal up at the moment though and we hope that will be sorted. And if that happens then it leaves the way for Leon to sign permanently on Monday."
