QPR have had bids for Sheffield Wednesday duo Tommy Spurr and Jermaine Johnson rejected by the Owls.
The Hoops are keen to bolster their squad as they aim to move clear of the Championship's relegation zone and had been keen to snap up the Wednesday duo.
However, chief executive Kaven Walker told the South Yorkshire side's official website: "We have no intention of selling either Tommy Spurr or Jermaine Johnson.
"These two players are both top assets in our playing squad."
Spurr has been a regular member of the Owls' first-team squad for the last two years, making 62 appearances while Jamaica international Johnson has scored three goals in 29 matches since arriving from Bradford City in January.
