Owls abandon Adebola move

Sheffield Wednesday manager Brian Laws has abandoned his attempt to sign striker Dele Adebola.
Adebola, 33, is out of contract at Championship rivals Bristol City this summer, but will not be making the move to Hillsborough.
"Adebola has been offered huge sums to stay in the Championship," Laws told BBC Radio Sheffield.
"That's something we don't want to get into and that's something we have dropped at this present time."
