New Sheffield Wednesday manager Alan Irvine is delighted to have started his time in charge at Hillsborough with two wins out of two.
The Owls have secured back-to-back 2-1 successes at Barnsley and Blackpool, despite Irvine playing down his impact at the club.
He said after the win at Bloomfield Road: "It's a fantastic start and the lads deserve enormous credit for the way they've gone about things.
"What has been the difference? I don't know.
"It could quite simply be a change of voice and a new face, but the lads have certainly taken a lot of things we have talked about on board.
"But it's early days and this could just be the honeymoon period. We've had two fantastic away results, but we've got to make sure we continue it at home now and win enough games to stay in this division."
