Hinds sights regular Owls spot
The 29-year-old returned to action for the first time in almost a month as Wednesday slumped into a 1-0 home defeat by Ipswich last weekend. But with a key game looming against fellow strugglers Reading on Saturday, Hinds knows the Owls must start picking up points quickly as they battle to avoid relegation. When asked whether the next few games were a big opportunity to stake his claim for a regular spot, Hinds told the club's official website: "It's a massive opportunity for me but it's also massive games for the club. "From now until the end of the season they're all big cup finals and we've got to do our best in them and we've got to carry on as we've been doing and pick up points and climb that table." Hinds added: "I'm delighted to finally get an opportunity to play. It's been a long time since my last game for various reasons. I was injured just before Christmas and then the new manager (Alan Irvine) came in and we did ever so well so he couldn't really change the team, we had a winning formula."
