Sousa has high hopes for Cotterill

The Wales international has joined on loan from the Blades, with a view to completing a £500,000 move in January. But Sousa is confident the 21-year-old will eventually prove to be worth far more than that fee. "We are bringing in a player who will cost us some money but I don't have doubts his value will be a lot greater in the future," he told the South Wales Evening Post. "I know he will be worth a lot more than he will cost us because he has a long career in front of him. "We expect him to become a more competitive player and to help him get into Wales's first XI more often."
