The Blades made a dismal start to the campaign under a heavy weight of injuries which robbed them of several important players. But they have hit form with back-to-back victories against Peterborough and Bristol City and are gearing up for another win this weekend at Plymouth. Morgan said: "If you can get the organisation right then, in my opinion, you are more than half way there in this division. "That's the key because it means you are always hard to beat."
