Sheffield United have handed new contracts to long-serving duo Chris Morgan and Stephen Quinn.
Skipper Morgan, 32, has been with the Blades for six years and has made more than 250 first-team appearances.
Midfielder Quinn has been at Bramall Lane since 2005.
Both players were out of contract at the end of the season but have now signed on for another year.
"This is really good news for us, the pair have become stalwarts at Bramall Lane and will continue to play major roles in the development of the team," manager Kevin Blackwell told the club's official website.
Quinn added: "I am delighted and it has come at a good time with me starting to find my best form.
"It is nice to know where you stand and it is better to be at a club than worrying about the future."
