Defender Rob Kozluk has given promotion-chasing Sheffield United another boost by agreeing terms for a one-year extension to his contract.
The long serving full-back has not been a regular for the Blades this term, but manager Neil Warnock still views him as a key member of his squad and was delighted he agreed to stay on.
"It's good to get this all done and dusted," Warnock told the Sheffield Star.
"Rob's deal was up in the summer and so we've been looking to get something done.
"Everyone knows how highly I rate him and not only that, he's a great lad to have around the place. You can't over-emphasise the importance of that."
Kozluk, 28, began his career as a trainee at Derby County before joining the Blades in 1999 and has since made 184 league appearances for the Sheffield club.
