Kilgallon has faith in Morgan

Published: 07 Apr 2009 - 12:04:00

Centre-half Morgan, 31, is expected to be the centre of attention following his challenge on Tykes striker Iain Hume which left the Canadian with a fractured skull during the reverse fixture at Oakwell in November. Although Morgan was not penalised by the referee at the time or by the Football Association thereafter, the row between the clubs has rumbled on and has become a major talking point ahead of Tuesday's game, but Kilgallon does not think Morgan will be affected. "The skipper's been quality this season. He's a great professional," Kilgallon told the Sheffield Star. "He can win all the headers and make me look good! But, seriously, I think we complement each other well. You have to be strong at everything, but he's no-nonsense whereas I'm more about running and carrying. "He really attacks the ball. He's that much of a professional he won't be distracted by anything."
