Henderson red card to stand

Sheffield United have decided not to appeal against Darius Henderson's red card in Saturday's draw with Swansea City.

Henderson was dismissed after he was adjudged to have elbowed Angel Rangel just seconds into the second half at the Liberty Stadium.

Assistant manager Sam Ellis said after the game that the Blades would study video evidence of the incident before deciding whether to launch an appeal.

However, the Blades have opted against that option so Henderson will be suspended for the games against Crystal Palace, Wolves and Charlton Athletic.
