Sheffield United have completed the £2million signing of striker Darius Henderson from Championship rivals Watford.
The 26-year-old Doncaster-born frontman moves to Bramall Lane as a direct replacement for Rob Hulse, who has left the Blades to join Derby County.
United boss Kevin Blackwell told the club's official website: "I'm delighted to finally get Darius.
"I've tracked him for a while and he was number one in my mind to replace Rob Hulse. Darius knows what the Championship is about."
Henderson himself added: "I was told a fee was agreed between the clubs and I was more than happy to come and speak to the manager.
"This is a great move for me, coming back home. I've met the lads and there is quality in abundance here."
Henderson had spent three seasons with the Hornets, having previously enjoyed spells with Gillingham and Reading.
He netted 31 goals in 118 appearances during his time at Vicarage Road.
