Harper buzzing at Blades chance

The 28-year-old has joined United on a season-long loan from the Royals while Brian Howard is expected to move in the opposite direction. Harper, who saw a move to Premier League Wolves fall through last week, has been frozen out at the Madejski Stadium under new manager Brendan Rogers. He told BBC Radio Sheffield: "My face didn't fit down there so I wasn't playing. I found out I had to opportunity to come here two or three days ago when I got a phone call from Kevin Blackwell. "I can't wait to get going. I'm buzzing, I really am and I'll work my nuts off for this club. I'm coming to a club that wants me and it's always good when someone wants you. But I just can't wait to crack on."
