Boss keeping starlets grounded

Blackwell will prepare the Blades for their Championship play-off final with Burnley later this month with teenager Kyle Walker, Kyle Naughton, 20, Stephen Quinn, 23, Jamie Ward, 23, David Cotterill, 21, and Greg Halford, 24, all hoping to retain their places in the starting line-up. Blackwell said: "I really think that young players can be hyped too much in the media and we make a point at this club of trying to make them keep their feet on the ground in case they think they have made it. "Too many in the game have been down that route and not fulfilled their potential, but ours here have been exemplary so far. "They realise that they can go wrong if they don't knuckle down and keep working."
