Blades would consider sales

Sheffield United boss Kevin Blackwell has admitted he will consider selling players if he receives an offer that is too good to refuse.

Full-back Chris Armstrong has been linked with a move to Reading throughout the summer, but Blackwell insists he is yet to receive any serious offers for any of his players.

Instead, the Blades chief has suggested he is happy with the current make-up of his squad.

He said: "We have had one or two enquiries, but nothing that meets our valuations or the value of keeping our players in our squad.

"If a bid comes in of the magnitude that we feel will benefit Sheffield United then we would look at it, but I don't feel the need to change much at the minute.

"I'm happy with the squad and the lads are enjoying working for each other."
