Blades striker in fitness race

The 23-year-old missed the second leg of the Blades' semi-final against Preston after straining his hamstring in the first leg at Deepdale. Ward said: "It will be touch and go whether I will make it, basically the physio is telling me to rest and let it repair itself so all I can do is cross my fingers and hope for the best. "I will wait until Monday, but I'm not bothered as long as I can get out there onto the pitch, but it isn't just about me - the main thing is the team and getting the right result. "Hamstrings are strange muscles, with both me and the physio thinking it is going to be 50/50, so Monday morning could be crucial."
