Blackwell salutes Yeates impact

Yeates, 25, has started in the last five matches after making his first three appearances from the substitutes' bench and is establishing himself as one of the fans' favourites at Bramall Lane. Blackwell said: "Mark can get the crowd excited because he's a creative midfield player who will get hold of the ball, try something and even if it doesn't work has the confidence to want the ball and try again. "Now he has to work harder on other aspects of the game and on Saturday when I asked him for that at the interval he produced it. "He's the sort who makes others want to play and we need somebody to introduce that bit of variety because on the first-half performance on Saturday we could beat anybody in this division."
