Blackwell challenges Cotterill

The winger capped an impressive individual display by converting a late penalty in Sunday's 2-1 win, but Blackwell has demanded more consistency from the former Wigan midfielder. Blackwell said: "We are now starting to see him play a bit sharp - against Birmingham he was sharp, positive and inventive, and if that was me I would wake up and be like that more often because if he does he can supply what we need and solve a problem. "Cotts has admitted that he hasn't done it enough this season and it is refreshing to hear a player come out and admit it, and then respond."
