Blackwell: McIndoe deal looks dead

McIndoe's proposed move to Bramall Lane fell through on Tuesday despite City believing a deal would go through. The clubs had agreed a fee for the 29-year-old winger but Blackwell confirmed that he would almost certainly not be pressing ahead with the deal. Blackwell told the club's official website: "It looks that way but now we have Kyel Reid already signed and Julian Gray on trial and looking useful, so the situation is not as bad as it was - and last season we had virtually nothing down the left."
