Blackman Fee Agreed

Broadcaster, Sky Sports News understands that Sheffield United and Crystal Palace have agreed a fee to take Nick Blackman to Selhurst Park.

Crystal Palace boss Ian Holloway is looking for a replacement following the multi-million pound sale of Wilfred Zaha to Manchester United this week and having scored 14 goals this season Blackman, 23 has impressed a number of clubs since his £200,000 transfer from Blackburn Rovers last summer.

Blades-Mad would hope that Nick remains a Sheffield United player until at least the summer as United once again battle to win promotion top the Championship, but any players who exit the Lane could pave the way for a return for Lee Williamson?
