Shakers vs Owls: team news & preview Sheffield Wednesday travel to Bury on Tuesday evening as they look to put Saturday’s defeat at Bournemouth behind them against a side looking for their first win in League one since earning promotion last season. The Owls are still likely to be without the services of new striker Chris O’Grady as he continues to recover from a niggling injury and is yet to make his Wednesday debut. There is still no news on Jermaine Johnson’s injury status but Chris Lines could feature after looking bright as a 2nd half substitute at the weekend. Giles Coke could also come into consideration as Wednesday look to add some impetus to their attacking play having only scored two goals resulting from dead ball situations in their three games o far this season.   Bury began with a creditable draw at Huddersfield and followed that up by dumping Championship side Coventry out of the League Cup but they suffered a setback on Saturday, losing 2-0 at home to Carlisle.   The home side are likely to field one time Wednesday target Efe Sodje in the heart of their defence and the front pairing of Ryan Lowe and Andy Bishop fired theLancashireoutfit to promotion last season. The Shakers have move to further add to their attacking options this week by adding Tottenham youngster Kudus Oyenuga to their ranks and he is set to be included in Tuesday evening’s squad. Bury are managed by Ritchie Barker who began his career as a striker with the Owls and former Wednesday defensive stalwart Peter Shirtliff is his assistant.   The two sides last met in the League Cup last season with Wednesday coming through 1-0 despite a string display by Bury at Hillsborough. Wednesday’s last visit toGigg Lanealso came in the League Cup in 2001 with the Owls winning by 3 goals to 1.
