The Owls manager, who will be given increased funds for team strengthening, believes his side have paid a high price for a lack of experience in key areas.[LNB]Laws said: "Even with an improved budget we're not going to match the big teams, who will have three and four times our wage budget, but my players know they could have done even better this year and even 10% better could have seen us sniffing around the play-offs - that's the difference.[LNB]"We need experience. We've got a young side and we've got young players in key positions and elementary mistakes have cost us goals and cost us points.[LNB]"So I'll be looking to strengthen in the right areas, key positions with experience and leadership because we've got everything else.[LNB]"But I don't think we've got the experience, the know-how and knowledge. You can only gain that by maturity, so through the summer I'll be strengthening the spine of the team."[LNB][LNB]
