The former Derby marksman has 13 goals this season and was recently named PFA Fans' Player of the Month for the second month in a row.
Tudgay's contract expires next summer, and regardless of the outcome of ongoing discussions with the club, Tudgay is determined to see out his contract with Brian Laws' side.
"I'm happy here and the best football of my career has been at Sheffield Wednesday," he told the Sheffield Telegraph.
"I'll still be here next season whatever happens in the talks. It's just a case of getting things right for both parties."
