Strikers missing again at Posh

Sodje has missed the first two games of the season with a groin injury and Clarke has yet to appear due to a hamstring strain, but manager Brian Laws has several options.

Winger Jermaine Johnson played in a central role alongside Marcus Tudgay in Tuesday night's Carling Cup win over Rochdale and followed up his goal on the opening day with two more, so Laws must decide whether to stick with that pairing or recall Francis Jeffers to his starting line-up.

Etienne Esajas made his first appearance on the wing in midweek and responded with a superb volley to open the scoring and stake his claim for another start.

Defenders Frank Simek, Mark Beevers and Richard Hinds also made their first appearances against Rochdale and will give Laws more selection headaches ahead of the trip to London Road.
