The Owls have suffered back-to-back home defeats against Doncaster and Ipswich this month and Simek is determined to guide his side back to winning ways at the Madejski Stadium.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "It's a big game, obviously Reading are down there with us at the bottom of the league and we have to make sure we go there and get a result.[LNB]"They had a good win earlier in the week against West Brom in the cup but we have to go there and make sure we stamp our authority on the game. It's not going to be easy but we have to make it hard for them as well."[LNB]Simek added: "It's good to be back in the team, obviously the last few games haven't gone well but I'm hoping to keep helping the team and pick up points because we need them, especially at this stage of the season.[LNB]"The spirit and confidence is there and if we get the result we want on Saturday things will look more positive. Come Saturday we have got to start pushing up the league."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
