Sheffield Wednesday manager Alan Irvine is keen to sign one more player before the transfer deadline at the end of the month.
Irvine has drafted in nine new players since the Owls were relegated in May and wants one more to further strengthen his side's promotion challenge.
Irvine said: "I would like to bring in one more player, but whether that's possible or not we will have to wait and see.
"I'm looking at different options and it depends on what comes up and what we can afford.
"I'll only do loans if they're the right ones. If it was the right player and circumstances then I'd be interested, but it must be the right deal for us."
