With the country's road network plagued by snow and ice, Laws decided not to call his team to Middlewood for an afternoon training session.[LNB]He told the Sheffield Star: "Each player had been given a training belt and a heart monitor to do a work-out at home or near where they live.[LNB]"The monitor records the intensity and length of the work-out, and each player has his own programme.[LNB]"They hand the heart monitors in when they come back to work; anybody who hasn't done what they've been asked to do gets fined.[LNB]"But that's just a back-up mechanism.
