Strafford, appointed to the board with Nick Parker in December in a bid to attract major new investment to Hillsborough - the pair have since been made chairman and chief executive respectively - feels the Owls' derby double over Sheffield United could mark an upturn in the club's fortunes.[LNB]Strafford, who saw his side's historic 2-1 win at Bramall Lane on Saturday, said: "I had the honour of being the chairman of Sheffield Wednesday on a day when Brian Laws and his team faced a big test and met that test fully.[LNB]"On this day we saw a team grow as a unit and to a man, from the management through to each and every player, they demonstrated that they have the professionalism, talent and mental strength to take this club up to another level."[LNB]He added: "These past few weeks have witnessed Wednesdayites falling back in love with their club and feeling proud to do so.[LNB]"This is vital as the whole club can feed off this and use this energy to drive us all forward. We have another opportunity to make progress away at Doncaster next Saturday and then we have another big game at home to Barnsley on Tuesday, February 17."[LNB][LNB]
