Owls offering free friendly match tickets

Limited number of tickets to be given away Sheffield Wednesday has announced via the club’s official website, www.swfc.co.uk that a limited number of tickets for the Owls pre-season friendly fixture against Grimsby Town are to be made available free of charge. Wednesday have 500 free tickets on offer for the summer clash at Blundell Park and understandably these will be made available to 2010/11 season ticket holders on a first come first serve basis. The tickets can only be acquired in person at the Owls megastore from 9am this coming Saturday (3rd July) and season tickets holders will need their client ID number to claim a ticket. The fixture takes place on Saturday 17th July with a 3pm kick-off and is one of several local away matches that the Owls will play as they step up their preparations for the forthcoming season in League One. Once the free tickets have been snapped up tickets will be available at a cost of £10 for adults and £5 for concessions.
