Strike pair Jermaine Easter and Aaron Wilbraham are unlikely to return from injury at this stage and fellow strikers Angelo Balanta and Jabo Ibehre are also doubtful. Despite these setbacks the Dons still have options in attack and top scorer Sam Baldock may be partnered by former Doncaster striker Lewis Guy. Wednesday have won their last 3 matches but two of these have been in cup competitions and before last weekends 2-0 home win against Rochdale the Owls had lost back to back league games, causing them to drop out of the play-off places. Cup as a result, preventing a tasty 2nd round encounter with AFC Wimbledon in the process. Since taking over the league position of Wimbledon FC, MK Dons have faced Sheffield Wednesday in competitive action on just 2 occasions with both matches ending in draws.
