Owls duo return

Sheffield Wednesday are expected to welcome back Jermaine Johnson and Lewis Buxton to their squad for the clash at QPR. Winger Johnson has missed the last three matches due to a hamstring strain while defender Buxton has been sidelined since the end of January with a similar problem. Both players are expected to return to the substitutes' bench. Manager Alan Irvine, who has no new injury or suspension problems, must decide whether to make changes to his line-up after seeing them denied three points by a late goal at Coventry on Saturday. Irvine has targeted at least two more league wins to guarantee Wednesday's safety and might not want to disrupt a side that is unbeaten in their last five matches.
