Owls duo receive international call ups
Wednesday players to represent their countries Sheffield Wednesday midfielders Rhys McCabe and Jermaine Johnson has recieved international call ups this week. Young midfielder McCabe has been included in the Scotland under 21 squad to face Luxembourg and Norway later this month with both games set to take place at St Mirren Park. experienced winger Johnson has been recalled to the Jamaican national team for their upcoming matches against Panama and Costa Rica. Although both players have been restricted to substitute appearances in recent Wednesday matches they have each made valuable contributions during the Owls return campaign in the Championship and this has clearly been recognised by their respective countries.
