Owls congratulated on charitable act

The Owls' partnership with The Children's Hospital in Sheffield was recognised in Parliament earlier this week.[LNB]Football League director of external affairs Gavin Megaw said: "It's good to see the work of our clubs being recognised in Parliament.[LNB]"Communities are the lifeblood of Football League clubs and this is yet another great example of a club working hard locally to make a difference in their locality."[LNB]The Owls announced their partnership with The Children's Hospital in Sheffield in February when they donated their shirt sponsorship to the hospital.[LNB]Since July more than 10,000 replica shirts bearing The Children's Hospital logo have been sold with £1 from each shirt being donated to the hospital's charity.[LNB][LNB]
