Owls boss going for cup victory

Summer signing Tommy Miller, defenders Frank Simek and Richard Hinds and midfielder Sean McAllister are all expected to feature after remaining on the bench in Saturday's 2-2 draw with Barnsley. Laws said: "I've not got a big squad, but I've got a good squad of players. Every one of them has got fantastic league experience, so whatever changes I make it shouldn't weaken the side, in fact it should bolster it. "I'll be making a few changes, but I want to win the game. The Carling Cup is important for us this season. "The finances aren't in and we've got to do well in these cup competititons because if we do well I get more money and that means if I get more money I can bring in new players and that's the aim for us. "So I'm certainly not going into that game thinking I'll rest a few and we'll take it easy. I expect us to win the game because we're at home against lower league opposition, but they're always going to make it difficult."
